But there's a difference between creating something that is somewhat influenced from the Alien movies, and next to copying the entire concept and aesthetics of the Tyranids... :)

Zerg conceptually are pretty different. They're similar in appearance, being chitinous and armed with claws and blade limbs and eschewing all technology, but their execution is pretty dissimilar. It's like comparing space marines with terran marines. They're both guys in power armor, but that's where the similarities end.

Yeah, but let's not forget that both are being controlled by a psychic Hive Mind ( nvm Kerrigan atm) and changing any ecosphere they might encounter to suit their needs. Blizzard went too far... way too far.

So, I wouldn't say pretty different. A bit, but that's it. Damn, that wasn't supposed to rhyme... :oops:
