Actually from a lore standpoint it'd make a lot of sense for the Eldar playable faction to be exodites. If they actually live on one of the worlds that's being threatened by orks and Chaos, it'd give them a very good reason to want to fight alongside the Imperium to save their planet from destruction by those two forces. Craftworld Eldar don't have any major investment in worlds like that. They of course care about maiden worlds, but it'd make less sense for them to get embroiled in a costly, protracted war over a world they don't even live on. Exodites is really the best option for the Eldar playable faction, although it'd make sense for there to be some minor inclusion of Eldar from a given craftworld in order to juxtapose the two sides appropriately.

This is to me a grate idea. Not only because we know very little about exodite worlds but this could also give eldar a sort of partner race.

I'm down with it as long as the lore doesn't suck and the colors rock.
