Start as a guardian, then:
PSYONIC
warlock/Farseer (to kinds of specialisation of the same class: lock for dps, seer for support)
MELEE
striking scorpion (for males)/howling banshee (for females)
Swooping hawks?
RANGE
fire dragon/warp spider/dark reaper
ranger/dire avenger?
It would be nice to see something like this: start out as a guardian, then u choose a "first specialisation": psyonic, range or melee; then if u choose psyonic u can choose to become a lock o farseer, if u choose range u can become a dark reaper (to strike from long range), a dragon (to deal more damage against veichles, and maybe have more resistance), or a spider (for more dynamic action at the cost of resistance); same path if u choose melee. From what I know scorpions are mostly men and banshee are mostly women: it would be nice to see gender specific classes

It takes years for any eldar to perfect any one path/aspect. Branch progression is no option for the Eldar.

Dragons with resistance... that will be the day Eldar rule the galaxy.

You mean fire dragons or striking scorpions?

When did I say there was not? Both are theoretically unisex but none have female models.
