I believe they said that things like set classes (Tank, RDPS, Healer etc) doesn't work for this game or at least how they have the game planned. (citing

Only 2 things confirmed... There will be a game, and there will be a faction called the 'empire of man'
Imperial of Man is a race. The factions are Order and Destruction (citing the Dark Millennium site).
Just in response to the comment about how normal class roles wont work. Even though this has been mentioned somewhere i think we will see things like the dreadnought for heavy assaults, apothecaries who can heal on the move, librarians with psyker abilities etc. And each 'specialty' will be able to use certain load outs depending on what they are trying to do perhaps?
