i was reading the codex the other day and found out that in the orc culture, they consider the colour red to make things faster. and it does. just because they believe it does. also, orc camo= cardboard cutout of space marine, and because they think it will work, it does. how much more AWESOMELY BADASS can you get??

I had to hold my gut the first time I read this.

they are, in my opinion, the trolls of the galaxy. they arent evil, they just love a good fight

They like to fight, and after they fight they like to use the survivors as slave labour and work them to death if not simply kill them outright. Not that a big discussion on morality is in order, but most people would probably agree that bringing genocide to populations of civilian men, women and children is "sorta evil". Orks are kinda funny because on the one hand, well, they're funny and get stuck in and whatnot. On the other hand, they cleave the limbs from mothers and stomp their skulls of their children into mush. But orks is made fer fightin' and winnin', so I guess the morality of their actions is ambiguous.
